The Deluxe version of #40081 features component upgrades homebrewers will find useful: a graduated sight glass (cleaning brush included) and an integrated hook on the lid for hanging on the lip of the kettle while stirring the mash or making kettle additions. As with the #40081, this kettle is 18/8 stainless, with 1/2" ball valve spigot, interior 1/2" FPT port, exterior 1/2" FPT thermometer port. Dimensions: 16" tall, 15" diameter. Add a false bottom for use as a mash tun or for boiling with whole leaf hops.
